Biography
Kathy Hatzi has had over twenty years experience in senior management in the corporate sector. Her roles have included Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, Publisher and General Manager, primarily in the educational publishing arena.
During this time she developed and led a strong, innovative team which took the company from a face in the crowd to the national leader in a very competitive market. While she developed and embodied a dynamic, collaborative culture she never lost sight of the individual and their importance in maintaining a successful company.
She was admired and respected for her leadership, passion and commitment to growing and supporting all her people, not only by her own staff but within the industry.
After moving back to Adelaide in 2006 Kathy has successfully started her own consultancy business utilizing her vast experience in business management and her talent in people management and leadership.
